Please join us for a volunteering session to collect tree seeds at the beautiful Lanhydrock in Bodmin.

Sessions take place every Tuesday in September and October (except Tuesday 17 October). Our Tree Nursery Manager Julie or trustee Rod will be leading the sessions and will be at the Respryn car park at 10:30am to meet volunteers. No past experience is necessary! It’s a great opportunity to meet new people, have fun, learn about plants and trees, and enjoy the great outdoors!

All seeds we collect during the session will be stratified and planted at our nursery near St Austell, which will be home to thousands of native broadleaf trees thanks to the help of our volunteers. We will sell the trees and plants to local organisations to help fight climate change and provide vital funds for our charity – Emmaus Cornwall – seeking to remove homelessness in Cornwall.
