Monday to Saturday 10am – 4pm
(closed Sunday)
Keeping everyone safe whilst shopping
Please avoid visiting our store if you or members of your household have been experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.
In order to give everyone a pleasant, safe experience, we have a new one-way system in place to aid 2-metre social distancing, and are limiting numbers of customers at any one time. Please wear a face mask during your visit. We’d be grateful if customers avoided visiting in large groups.
We have carried out a rigorous risk assessment with new cleaning measures in place, perspex screens at our tills, and we’re encouraging customers to pay by card if possible. We’ve installed a hand sanitiser station for your use when you arrive. Our customer toilets remain closed.
Donating items
We offer a free collection from your home or business, with appointments available everyday except Wednesdays and Sundays. You can book your collection online or give us a call on 024 7666 1466 to tell us about it and we’ll book in a time to collect.
We will store all donated items safely for 72 hours, before we sort them ready for stocking.
Delivery Service
Our home delivery service (for an additional fee) is available if you purchase a larger item. If possible, we’d prefer to deliver to the front of your property.
