Today we’re feeling particularly proud of one of our companions.
Dean is a budding writer and recently penned a poem to cheer people’s spirits in these trying times.
He spoke to BBC Radio Coventry & Warwickshire’s Trish Adudu and read his poem live on the radio.

Play it safe
While this virus is going around
We must keep our feet firmly on the ground
With a smile on your face and a strong heart
Being stuck in lockdown Is not so hard
Just find something you can do
Because I know full well, we will all pull through
