This week, our companions have been busy studying for their NVQs.
Trainer Victor has been meeting with our companions to help them obtain qualifications in warehousing, customer service and English and maths, and is very pleased with their progress.
Offering our companions opportunities like this is a big part of what we do here at Emmaus Dover. We are more than a homelessness charity. As well as providing a home with no time limit, we give people the chance to work, train and develop new skills for future employment.
