This year the Great North Run has been postponed, but you can still take part in the official Virtual Great North Run on Sunday 13 September 2020.
It is free to enter for everyone over the age of 17, regardless if you already had a place or not and you can join hundreds of other runners on the day taking part in this virtual Great North Run. You will have access to a special app that brings you an innovative virtual experience with audio clips from the event as you run the 13.1 miles in your local area.
The fundraising target for this event is £100.
In return for this you will receive:
- A fundraising pack
- An Emmaus running vest
- Training tips and fundraising advice
- A dedicated member of staff at Emmaus to support you through your fundraising journey
