Emmaus Leeds has a busy sorting room where bric-a-brac, clothes and media are sorted, priced and displayed for sale in the shop. Volunteers work alongside companions in this area, which is fast paced and involves standing and some light lifting.

To volunteer in this role, you will require these qualities:

  • A willingness to work as part of a diverse team of people from all walks of life
  • Empathetic
  • Broadminded, with a good sense of humour
  • Ability to work under your own initiative

In return you will receive:
