Emmaus Salford companions Martins and Paul recently teamed up to take part in the Great Manchester Run.
The pair set themselves personal challenges to complete the 10k city centre run on Sunday 28 May. In the weeks leading up to the run they were both out pounding the streets and parks of Salford to get themselves fit and ready for the main event. Both Paul and Martins set impressive times although there was some friendly competition to see who could finish first – can you guess who won?
