Emmaus Salford has a workshop and warehouse space where we receive, process and prepare items for sale in our shops.
Our Emmaus Salford workshop acts as the main hub of our social enterprise operations. We carry out basic repairs of furniture items and all donated electrical items are PAT tested on-site. We also use our workshop space to improve and upcycle items to help them become even more desirable for sale.
If we are unable to sell a donated item, Emmaus Salford companions recycle them or arrange to transfer to other good causes or charitable organisations in our local community.
